Project Schedule
End of project timeline update:
Our projected timeline was for the most part accurate through out the tenure of our project. In developing our gang chart, we greatly buffered our tasks with risk management in mind. We maintained a steady work flow, with only minor interruptions in project execution and development. In the end we were capable of completing all milestones in a tolerance of 5% and successfully accomplished all of our objectives and obligations.
